hi! my name is ava and i am a 19 year old college student. my commissions are my main source of income as of right now- i have very little in my bank account and i am in desperate need of money :') please be patient with me as i am sorting through college!

TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to all of the following:

I, as the Artist...
-maintain the right to post your commission or use it as a commission example here UNLESS requested otherwise
-maintain the right to refuse a commission request

You, as the Client...
-understand refunds are NOT AVAILABLE, and must be 100% certain you are content with where your commission is headed before you pay (you will receive a rough sketch before you a required to pay).
-may NOT reprint your commission for profit
-MAY reprint your commission for personal use
-MAY post your commission on social media/website/etc, WITH proper credit!
-MAY request small corrections or edits to a finished commision (meaning, a commission you have already approved). large edits must be paid for

♥ Do: Ship Art, Fanart, OCs, Humans, Felines, Pony, SOME Furry/Anthro, SOME NSFW (will be an extra charge depending on what it is; dm me for discussion!)
♠ Don’t: Fetish, Hard Gore, Full Mecha/Armor, Complex Backgrounds
* I have the right to refuse any commission request that includes things not listed here. if it makes me uncomfortable or it defies my beliefs/morals, i will not draw it.

PAYMENT INFO

if you have not commissioned me before, PLEASE read through this whole page. i know it's a lot of information but it is IMPORTANT that you at least know the form of payment I am requiring.

HOW TO COMMISSION ME:
please DM me on Instagram, @meowtskiz. OR add me on discord (meowtskis). please provide me with the following information:-commission type (clean icon, pixel icon, etc)
-general description of what you're wanting (subject, pose, expression)I will let you know as soon as possible if I have an open slot for you. once I confirm your slot, please further provide the following information:-add-ons (if applicable)
-detailed description of your commission, if possible
-reference photos (photography, drawings, reference pages, or sketches of the pose/expressions you're wanting are all VERY helpful!)I will message you for these otherwise, so don't be concerned about forgetting to do this! I will then begin drawing a rough sketch of what you describe and send it to you. here, you may either request changes in pose, expression- any sort of alterations you wish. if/when you decide it is to your liking, I will require FULL PAYMENT before I begin line art or cleanup. I will provide you with the total cost of your commission. I will send you updates when I finish lineart, coloring, and then shading. you are absolutely allowed to request any sort of change during these stages! whenever you are satisfied with your commission, i will send you the full piece either by DM or by email- whichever you prefer.

INFO:
-unless I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. i'm so sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but it is simply too complicated for me to deal with on a case-by-case basis.
-payment is required before or after I send you a rough sketch of your commission. I will not work further until payment is received!
-depending on the commission, I reserve anywhere from two weeks to one month to complete your commission. It likely will not take this long, but you will be made aware of any emergencies or hold-ups. I am an EXTREMELY busy person, just like most of us, and sometimes get held up!
